Cancellations may be made by telephone or by clicking here for online cancellation
Make-up classes for student cancdellations will be scheduled by prior appointment only. (Note: classes will not be held if no one is enrolled.) Make-ups will be offered only under the following circumstances:
• Weekday classes must be cancelled no later than 3 hours prior to class by calling Nancy at 973-962-7688.
• Weekend classes must be cancelled by 9 PM the night before class by calling Ilene at 862-432-2104
PRIVATE YOGA INSTRUCTION FEE: 75-minutes $90

according to the schedule to the left.
Experience one-to-one yoga with Nancy Smith, a certified Kripalu Yoga instructor, to obtain specific instructions designed for your body type. No previous yoga experience is required. Learn about your structural alignment, how to design your own yoga sequence, modifications of postures, restorative techniques,and/or how to meditate. Explore the advantage of receiving helpful hints and having your questions and needs regarding yoga met.
WHAT IS YOGA?
Yoga means to unite. You are uniting your breath with the movement of your body, as well as uniting your mind, body and spirit. There is no force, no struggle, no place to get to, just surrendering into the experience, for whatever it may be.
The practice of yoga brings forth an awareness of compassion, and non-judgment. This guided experience will allow you to be your own yoga teacher, where you are free to make any modifications during the class which serve you best.
Each yoga posture brings its own gifts of energy. At the end of each yoga class, we enter into a deep relaxation, which is the time that we take to integrate the energies of the postures that we have experienced; integrating them into the cells of our body to enhance our health, and into the essence of self, which connects us to the divineness of who we really are.
