In every personalized consultation, Nancy works with each client to analyze his or her unique Ayurvedic constitution (Prakriti), determine any imbalances in the three biological rhythms or forces according to Ayurveda (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), and educate clients in Ayurvedic living. 60-Minute Consultation- $95 or Consultation & Massage (120 Minutes)- $170

- Each client fills out a health history questionnaire and self-evaluation of his or her present health condition. The questionnaire and evaluation are discussed and any questions or concerns are addressed.
- Nancy uses the ancient art of Ayurvedic pulse technique to detect the causes of any deep-rooted imbalances in each client's physiology.
- The client is educated on holistic, Ayurvedic approaches to health, with individualized guidance according to his or her constitution and any Vata, Pitta, and Kapha imbalances. Any of the following may be suggested for healthier living: individualized recommendations for dietary & herbal supplements, breathing exercises, yoga exercises, meditation techniques, gentle at-home detoxification techniques, physiological cleansing techniques, other ayurvedic therapies (see massages & treatments).
